Actions Per Combat Turn

It's been proposed that a character can perform a number of Minor actions equivalent to their Speed stat per turn.

Each turn is considered currently to last approximately 3 seconds.

Two Minor actions can be converted into a Movement, and three Minor actions can be converted into a Major action.  A Major action is required to attack a single target.

Actions may both be used on a character's turn, or held in reserve to resond to a specific circumstance in the future.

It's hereby proposed that unused Minor actions be usable to enhance the actions performed, possibly in the form of bonus dice for appropriate rolls.
